Pranic Healing for Happiness
The psychological and philosophical pursuit of happiness began in China, India and Greece nearly 2,500 years ago with Confucius, Buddha, Socrates, and Aristotle. Even after two millennia there remain millions of people who are unhappy. To put this into perspective, Master Choa Kok Sui’s Meditation on the Twin Hearts is a technique that we have taught to thousands of people across the years. During the start of the meditation, the practitioners are asked to think about two happy events in their life. Strangely this is something that most adults struggle to do!
To pin the source of unhappiness on one reasons is a gross oversimplification of human emotions.There are multiple reasons why people are unhappy. Bad life experiences, strained relationships, lack of kindness and love, and sometimes the lack of meaning in life are some of the common reasons. Unhappiness in a sense is a world problem. The Link Between Energy and Happiness
According to medical studies, up to 80% of ailments can be traced to “avoidable emotional and psychological problems” The heart of most of our problems today is at the emotional level, problems related to stress; worry, tension and anxiety are the root cause of most of today’s ailments. When you are stressed or worried or anxious or have low self-esteem you are unlikely to be happy. Today emotional and mental problems are proving to have a debilitating effect on the lives of people. We hear more and more about people becoming depressed. In response to this problem, MCKS came up with Pranic Psychotherapy.
We are swimming in an ocean of energy, and the very basis behind everything in our lives is energy. In addition to Prana or life-force, there there is also something called emotional energy. For example, the emotion of sadness has a specific energy. It does not matter as to what is the reason for a person’s sadness; or whether that reason is logical to us or not. But if a person feels sad it is because there is a build-up of this type of energy in their aura. It is therefore nearly impossible for the person to not feel the energy of sadness. There are several negative emotions. These range from stress, anxiety, depression, anger, resentment, sadness, frustration, fear, trauma, and all the others. Emotions like these create clouds of grayish energy thereby making the aura dirty (depicted in the image alongside). Once the aura is dirty, it also inhibits the free-flow of Prana or life-energy through the aura, the meridians, and chakras which are critical for delivering fresh Prana to the entire body to keep us healthy.
So how can Pranic Psychotherapy help here? Pranic Psychotherapy is simply Pranic Healing applied in preventing, alleviating and treating psychological ailments. According to MCKS, Psychological ailments are basically the result of accumulation of negative thoughts, emotions and traumatic experiences, which are lodged in the auras and chakras. Negative thought and emotions (such as stress, sadness, fears, insecurities, anxieties, phobias, and past traumatic memories) block the free flow of Prana through the energy body (or the aura). When the flow of Prana is blocked, or inhibited, it can ultimately lead to physical illnesses. To maintain overall well being, these negative emotions must be cleared from your system or be resolved in order to maintain a state of good health and high energy. Ultimately, there is no one who can be truly happy if the body is ill.

Build a Better Future

We cannot be emotionally healed or experience inner-peace unless we forgive the person who has hurt you. One can keep getting Pranic Healing, but the aura tends to hold on tight (either consciously or subconsciously) to the feelings of anger and hurt. While Pranic Healing can provide relief in part, but the person himself or herself has to let go of the negative feelings of anger toward the other. Even if the healer was able to extract the energies of anger and resentment, the person would re-create them soon enough until they have let the person and situation go.
